Pears and Apricot Coulis
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized ripe pears
- 8 apricots
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Peel the pears and cut into quarters. Remove the core and seeds from the pears.
- Wash and halve the apricots. Remove the stone from the apricots.
