Ingredients

  • 4 pears, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup blackcurrants, washed and drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lemon, juiced

  1. Cut the pears into quarters and set aside.
