Pears with Carambar Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 100g of carambar candies
  • 100ml of whipping cream
  • 50g of unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Peel and core the pears.

  3. Over medium heat, bring the water to a boil and then reduce it to a simmer.
