Ingredients:

  • 200g Petit Lu biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 100g plain flour
  • 70g caster sugar
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 70g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 120ml double cream
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4 and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the Petit Lu biscuits until they turn into small crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse again until it forms a crumbly texture.

  6. Pour in the double cream and whisk until smooth. Stir in the salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
