Petit Suisse Mousse with Lime and Peach Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Petit Suisse cheese
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

Directions:

  1. Put the petit suisse cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer to make it smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, lime juice, and lime zest into the bowl and mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a piping bag and place into the fridge to cool.
  4. Peel and dice peaches and cook them with sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until the peaches are soft. Then set aside to cool.
  5. Puree the cooled peaches in a blender until they are smooth, then add to a piping bag.
  6. Take the petit suisse mousse out of the fridge and pipe it into small glasses or jars, filling the glasses with half the mousse. Then pipe a layer of peach cream on top of the mousse, making sure it’s even
  7. Repeat the process, adding another layer of petit suisse mousse and topping with a layer of peach cream.
  8. Place the glasses in the fridge and let them chill for at least 2 hours before serving
