Pizza Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool the muffins in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove them from the pan and serve.
