Plins of Snails with Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb snails, purged and scrubbed
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and chives)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the snails for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
