Pomegranate & Champagne Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pound mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup champagne
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the pomegranate juice and champagne.
  4. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the espresso and coffee liqueur together.
  5. Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture and place them on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Arrange them in a single layer.

  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
  10. Garnish with pomegranate seeds before serving.
