Port Wine Grapes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound seedless red or black grapes
  • 1/2 cup port wine
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:

  1. Wash the grapes and remove them from the stems. Pat them dry and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, add the port wine, honey, and cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture becomes syrupy.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick from the syrup and pour the syrup over the grapes.
  4. Toss the grapes in the syrup until they are fully coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
