Port Wine Grapes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound seedless red or black grapes
- 1/2 cup port wine
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
- Wash the grapes and remove them from the stems. Pat them dry and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add the port wine, honey, and cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes or until the mixture becomes syrupy.
- Remove the cinnamon stick from the syrup and pour the syrup over the grapes.
- Toss the grapes in the syrup until they are fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
