Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
