Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender and lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
