Pumpkin, Raisin and Walnut Soufflé
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cooked pumpkin, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon until well combined.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and salt until smooth.
