Pumpkin, Raisin and Walnut Soufflé

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cooked pumpkin, raisins, walnuts, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and salt until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick and creamy.
