Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it onto a lined baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin cubes, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Stir until the pumpkin cubes are well coated with the mixture.
  3. Spoon the pumpkin mixture onto the puff pastry, leaving a gap of approximately 1 inch from the edges. Add Roquefort cheese crumbles on top of the pumpkin mixture. Arrange the figs on top of the cheese and pumpkin layer.
  4. Bake the tart in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is cooked and golden-brown. Distribute the additional Roquefort cheese evenly across the tart and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
