Quiche with Artichoke Hearts, Peas and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
