Easy Quiche with Mushrooms and Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese or your preferred cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
