Rack of Free-Range Pork Glazed with Honey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack of free-range pork, about 1-2 lbs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be your glaze.
  3. Place the rack of pork on a rimmed baking sheet and brush the glaze all over it until it’s evenly coated. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the glaze for later.
  4. Roast the pork in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145F.
  5. Halfway through cooking, brush the reserved glaze over the pork again to create a thick, glossy coating.
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into individual chops.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

This rack of free-range pork glazed with honey recipe is a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The honey glaze gives the pork a beautiful caramelized crust, while the whole grain mustard and soy sauce add complexity to the flavor. It’s a great dish for special occasions and for impressing your guests with your culinary skills.
