Rainbow Bagels Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- Food coloring (red, blue, yellow and green)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Create a well in the center of the bowl and mix in the warm water until dough forms.
