Raspberry Meringue Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the raspberries. Wash and pat dry the raspberries. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries until smooth.
