Raw Ham and Mozzarella Paninis Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 ciabatta rolls, halved
- 8 slices raw ham
- 8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your panini press or grill pan.
- Brush the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place 2 slices of raw ham onto one half of each roll, followed by 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the other half of the roll and press gently to seal.
- Place the paninis on the preheated panini press or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
