Raw Ham and Mozzarella Paninis Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ciabatta rolls, halved
  • 8 slices raw ham
  • 8 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your panini press or grill pan.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Place 2 slices of raw ham onto one half of each roll, followed by 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with the other half of the roll and press gently to seal.
  5. Place the paninis on the preheated panini press or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Verdict:

These Raw Ham and Mozzarella Paninis are absolutely delicious! The combination of the salty ham and creamy mozzarella cheese is perfect, and the garlic adds a lovely depth of flavor to the bread.
