Reblochon Carpaccio Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g Reblochon cheese
  • 6-8 thin slices of Parma ham
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. honey

  • Arugula to garnish
