Red Fruit Mousse: Gourmet Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups of mixed red berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, cherries)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- Wash the berries thoroughly and remove the stems. Put them in a blender and puree until smooth
