Ricotta and Zucchini Puff Pastry Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
