Ricotta Cheese Tart Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust, unbaked and chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
