Ricotta-Honey Cigars

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and cover it with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.
