Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow crust to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Add eggs and beat on low speed until just combined. Stir in heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract.
