Röstis Veggie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
