Salad with Fennel, Zucchini and Pomegranate Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
