Salmon Tartare Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh sushi-grade salmon, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Crostinis, for serving
