Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 8 scallops, cleaned and patted dry
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In a food processor, combine the salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
