Salted Caramel Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 32 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce, plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Mix in vanilla extract, salted caramel sauce, and sea salt until smooth.

  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, add more salted caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake.
