Salted Zeppole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs

Instructions:

- Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with additional salt while still warm.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
