Sauerkraut Fritters with Blackcurrant Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:
