Savory Tatins with Endives and Apples
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 endives, halved lengthwise
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced into thin wedges
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
