Scallop Toast with Vanilla Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 scallops, cleaned and patted dry
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A handful of microgreens for garnishing

Instructions:
