Sciatt Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g buckwheat flour
  • 200g plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 300ml water
  • 100g bitto cheese, cut into small cubes
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste
