Scones Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 large egg

Instructions:

- Transfer the scones onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
