Seafood Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add white wine and cook for 2 minutes until reduced by half.
  4. Add mixed seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  5. Remove seafood from skillet and set aside.

  7. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
  9. Place the mixed seafood on top of the spaghetti and drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
