  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 lbs of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F.

  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat 2 lbs of cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup cornstarch until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup sour cream, and continue mixing until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese filling into the prepared crust.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the cheesecake is set in the center.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool for at least an hour before serving.
