Sesame, Daikon and Spring Onion Soba
Ingredients:
- 200g soba noodles
- 1 daikon, peeled and sliced thinly
- 2 spring onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together cooked soba noodles, daikon, and spring onions.
- Pour in dressing and mix well.
