Shortbread Tartlets with Pears
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2-3 ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar.

- Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
- Divide the pear mixture evenly among the cooled tartlet shells.
- Top each with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Drizzle the remaining pear sauce over the top of the tarts.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
