Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  9. Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before removing and placing on a wire rack to cool completely.
