Small Brie Puff Pastry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 small wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz.), rind removed and sliced into small pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
