Small gratins from the ocean – Delicious
Ingredients:
- 1 lb scallops, cleaned and dried
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
