Small Pear Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam, warmed
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
