Ingredients:

  • 4 large fresh eggs
  • 4 oz. smoked beef
  • 8 oz. chanterelle mushrooms
  • 2 oz. truffle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring it to a rapid boil.
  2. Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water and reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.
  3. Simmer the eggs for 5 minutes for a soft-boiled egg that still has a runny yolk and slightly firm white.
