Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add meatballs.
  4. Cook meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. In the same skillet used for the meatballs, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
  8. Add in the cooked meatballs and stir to coat the meatballs with sauce.
  9. Divide spaghetti onto plates and spoon meatballs and sauce over the top.
