Speculoos Clementine Log Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9-inch (23cm) loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract and beat until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter and sugar mixture, and mix until a soft dough forms.

- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream onto the top of the cooled log and serve.
