Speculoos Clementine Log Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9-inch (23cm) loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract and beat until fully incorporated.
