Spiced Butter Prawn Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns, deveined and shelled
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Thread prawns onto the wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each prawn.
  4. Brush the prawns with the spiced butter mixture on both sides.
