Spinach Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions:
