Steamed Cake – Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
